Matcha Latte Tart

If a Matcha Latte would be a dessert, it would be this one.
In that tart shell is a sponge cake covered by a matcha ganache. Inside the coconut chantilly on the top, a oozing matcha sauce will melt once in your mouth.

Available only on Fridays and Saturdays of September 2024.

Ingredient list: Flour, sugar, salt, butter, almond powder, eggs, white chocolate, cream, milk, coconut, matcha tea powder.
