In a golden tart shell lies a hazelnut baked cream with lemon segments. We then covered it with a lemon crémeux. We then trap a hazelnut paste with a lime whipped ganache, lime and lemon zests.
Ingredient list: Flour, sugar, salt, butter, almond powder, eggs, lemon, lime, hazelnut, cream, gelatin, white chocolate, olive oil.Allergens: Gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs.
