Vanilla Tart

In the tart shell is a white chocolate ganache infused with Madagascar Vanilla and a viennois cake.
It is topped with a smoked Madagascar Vanilla cream whipped with mascarpone, and finished with smoked vanilla powder.

Ingredient list: Flour, sugar, salt, butter, almond powder, eggs, cream, gelatine, white chocolate, mascarpone, vanilla.
