All you have to do is to place the frozen croissants on a baking tray with baking paper, cover them with a clean tea towel and leave them to defrost/proof overnight at room temperature until they double in size. Pre-heat your oven at 190C and bake for about 15min at 175°C. Let cool down for 5-10min and enjoy !
