Grammes is specialized in French artisanal patisserie and viennoiserie.
Pastry shop Grammes was started in 2021 by Maxime Papin & Nawal Batoun. Maxime brings his pastry knowledge and techniques to Amsterdam after more than 10 years of training and being chef in the best patisseries of Paris & New-York City. Nawal has more than 8 years of culinary experience. She works as a food photographer, food stylist and recipe developer for websites and magazines.
The goal of Grammes is to bring a bit of France to the Pays-Bas and make people happy while eating their favorite pastries.
