The last stretch of summer !
The rain we got these past days reminds us
that Autumn is around the corner.

For August, we made a fruity special, combining
the light tartness of Apricots with the fragrance of Almonds. Fresh and baked pieces of Apricots in a almond cream, roasted almond sticks, topped by a smooth almond/chocolate chantilly and a apricot gel. A glimpse of South of France in the mouth,
it hits all the right spots. Still vegan and gelatin free.

On another note, since our water damage in the end of June, we have been finding it very difficult to find resolution with our insurance. We have still not been compensated yet for the damaged goods/inventory, nor the business interruption, and it seems like they are making it long on purpose.
If any of you can help us with advices or counsel, or know someone who could, we would gladly appreciate it, you will also be compensated for any serious leads.

In the meantime, we put all merch items with a 15% discount while supplies last (we lost a part of our stock, so we are running low in sizes option). The discounted price will be shown at checkout, and is available online only.
