Best wishes for the New Year !

2024 is already coming to an end, and it is crazy to see
how fast this year went by.
Grammes is grateful to see how many of you came by this year.
Over 50.000 people served in store, 800 pre-orders, 2 take-overs with Dark Edition coffee and Grounded Matcha, a visit from food media TopJaw (who inverted our names), the shop finally opening a 5th day on Tuesdays since May, but mostly, all of that would not be possible without our team, always thriving to give you the best experience.

We have some projects for 2025 and we will keep working hard to make it as successful as 2024, plus launch new products.

To start off this new year, is there a better way than eating our Galette des Rois ?
With its inverted puff pastry, generous almond and vanilla frangipane, it will help you get through January.

This year, we made a special version by adding a home made caramel to the frangipane. We infused it with roasted buckwheat (kasha) and it's one of the best thing that could have happened.

Available until the 25th of January on both display and pre-order, the Almond one will be available by the slice, 4 people and 6 people sizes.
The caramel one will only be sold as a 4 people size.

Inside every 4 & 6 p. galette, there will be a little porcelain charm, hand made by Clay Coffee-Pottery in De Pijp, and a crown to select the king/queen of the day.

For now, let's all enjoy the last few days of 2024, and we are looking to welcome even more of you in 2025 !
