From our team to you, we wish you a Happy New Year !
We are grateful that we could count on you for being part of our journey along this past year.
It has been a challenging one at times, even with some nice celebrations here and there, but we made it through,
and are going stronger.

But let's start 2026 full of good intention !

Just when you thought you were done with over-eating,
you remember that January means "Galette des Rois" !
This specialty is traditionally made to celebrate Epiphanie
(the Three Kings) on January 6th.
But for you, they will be available daily in the store
from Saturday 3rd of January until Saturday 31st of January.
We will be baking throughout the morning, but they may fly out of the shop faster than we can bake them.
Make sure you pre-order yours, so you don't miss out.

On the weekend of the 16th and 17th of January,
we will organize a new "roaster take over".
Paris-based coffee roasters Fève. will come to present their beans on both espresso and filter.
For the occasion, we will create a chocolate/coffee pain suisse
and a coffee galette. If you are not there, don't worry,
we will keep just their filter coffee until the rest of the month.

This month, we had to say goodbye to our beloved Ayaka,
after more than 3 years of hard work with us.
Our new pastry chef will arrive mid-January, so expect some nice new monthly treats !

Some interesting changes will happen for grammes this year,
and we are looking for a Store Manager to help us take the leap.
You guys will know in due time what is changing, but if you are interested in joining our journey and helping us grow, while maintaining a good work environment and high standard,
we need you !
