The last couple of days of sun last week were quite challenging for our cooling equipment. We experienced over-proofing on some batches, which explained that we missed some products.
Rest assured that we are working hard to learn from it and change our processes so that it won't happen again,
we were as bummed as you were.
For the summer months, our vanilla Flan Parisien is making
a comeback. Missed by many, with its hazelnut flavored crust, creamy texture, yet just firm enough, it was about time.
It will be available on Fridays and Saturdays by the slice,
and as a whole for 6 persons via pre-order.
Lastly, we are looking into expending our kitchen team.
