July & August 2025

It is summer season !

Most of you flew away the typisch Amsterdam weather, in search for further-warmer places, and we can't blame you for it.

Nawal and I went to the South of France during the first 2 weeks of July, for a small pop-up, get inspired and unwind after a challenging start of 2025.
This newsletter should have been sent in July, I'll put the blame
on the heatwave, but it is here now !

The team managed to hold the fort like champions while we were away, so you could still get your favorite items !

For the remaining of the summer, we will stay open as usual,
ready to welcome wanderers, locals or not, in their search for buttery/flaky treat, or just for a cup of tasty coffee,
we got everything covered.

We also have Flan Parisien back in the back as weekend special.
This big "baked custard tart" made with Madagascar vanilla is available per slices, every Fridays and Saturdays until the end of the month of August.

In the meantime, enjoy your holidays, we are looking forward to seeing you all back when you return.
