Yes, it was time.
Time to say goodbye to our beloved pistachio escargot.
It is now time to welcome its wintery version !
With a nice combination of almond, hazelnut and coffee,
it will help you cosy-up during the cold days.

On the pastry side, we wanted to work with comforting flavors.
We then created a with a heartful maple caramel surrounded by
a corn flakes cream (with a hint of cream cheese).
All of this on top of a tart shell baked with a frangipane and pieces of macadamia nuts.

Our latest addition : our 3rd anniversary crew neck !
We asked Paris-based artist Ruben Gerard to come up with a design that translates what grammes means to him.
The design was silk-screened on a bulky 100% coton sweater.
We ran a very limited number of these, 33 to be exact,
as it was set to be released during our 3rd year anniversary.
The sweater is unisex and fits true to size for an oversized look.
Perfect for your Sundays at home, or post work out swag.
