Thank you so much for the love you showed to our last tart,
we sold 160 individuals on the last weekend,
good thing many of you pre-ordered ;)
For this month, we go back to the basics, with this classic :
Paris-Brest !
Made from pâte à choux and homemade hazelnut praliné,
it will fulfill any of your fall craving.
It will be available in individual size every
Friday and Saturday of November.
If you feel like sharing, bigger sizes can be arranged
via pre-order only !
This month, we are also saying goodbye to our beloved
Pistachio escargot, but its replacement is also banging,
I can't wait for you to try it around the 15th.
On Thursday, Nawal and I will attend the CCI's "Business awards" (the French Kamer Van Koophandel).
I am nominated in the "French Entrepreneur" category,
no matter the outcome, it will be nice to be surrounded by many entrepreneurs and companies that enjoy and promote
both Dutch and French culture on the NL soil.
Lastly, here is a little heads up for the next few months :
- In December, we will have a Vanilla Bûche de Noël, and we will have some time off between Christmas day and new year's eve.
- And we'll be back in January in full swing with Galette des Rois, and a week-end take-over by a Paris based coffee roaster.
