First up is a tart that feels just right for this time of year: a Fig Tart.
We've taken the beautiful, jammy sweetness of fresh figs and paired them in with the crunch of pecans. We also used the fig leaves to make a very bright cream, lightly flavored with cream cheese. It’s cozy, and one of the last opportunity to get nice seasonal fruits, so don't snooze ! It will be available every Fridays and Saturdays of September, and we recommend you to pre-order, especially if you want a big one (3-4 or 6-8 people).
Then, we have something that’s a bit of a showstopper: our Matcha Pain Suisse. Yes, you read that right! We’ve taken the classic pain suisse, with its cross lamination, and we filled it with pastry cream, flavored with matcha from Grounded and dark chocolate drops. It's not your average pastry, and that's exactly why we love it.
We can't wait for you to come by and give these a taste. We'll be here, likely still "testing" another tart.
