Here it is, the new Chocolate Croissant substitute.
For this one, we made a bi-color layered brioche
and double the chocolate.
Understand ultimate layers, and intense dark chocolate cream (70%) with specks of Ecuador 75% dark chocolate.
A perfect treat for chocolate lovers.

In September, our doors will remain closed on Saturdays :(
We are hopeful for October, but we will communicate about it once it is all organized properly.

To make up for it, we are offering bags of raw frozen croissants. You can recreate the grammes experience in the confort of your home. You get 5 croissants, in a vacuumed sealed bag.
All you have to do is open the bag, place the croissants on a baking tray with baking paper, cover them with a clean tea-towel and let them defrost/proof at room temperature overnight until they double size. Pre-heat your oven at 175°C (fan oven, no grill), and bake for about 15min (depending on your liking).
Let cool down at room temperature for 5-10min and enjoy !
