Every week, you guys are setting new records to empty the webshop. Even though the quantity of each items is increasing, it still took 90 minutes to sell out all the viennoiserie.
Thank you so much for the support and the strength you are giving us every week, since January.
This week, we will do a little different.
The webshop is still here for Saturday's pre-order.
But this Wednesday, the shop on Maasstraat will be open for walk-ins (from 8:00 to 12:00, or until we sell out).
You will find madeleines, cookies, granola, but mostly viennoiseries (classics and some new products).
This way, we can do a proper "pre-season testing" to be able to make the right adjustments before we open fully. A little change for this week as well, we will be open until 16:00 on Saturday.
The croissant's quest is almost over ! Of course, we will still try to improve the product every week, and adapt our process to that living dough, but we finally settled on a good base to work with.
In addition to the Moulins Viron flour, we will also use Isigny Sainte-Mere butter (the last butter we tested).
The next delivery will take at least a week to get to the shop, but we are thrilled to offer you a bit of France for your mornings.
This week, we are welcoming back the Peanut & Chocolate tart, one of our Signature Pastry, and small Layered Brioche. The weather this past days has put us in a comforting mood, gently waiting for Easter, for which we are working on a special dessert.
Little reminder : the pre-orders are for Saturday.
If you miss out, do not worry, a restock will happen on Friday alongside with the Chocolate Croissants and Pain au Chocolat. Keep an eye on the IG about when the products will be available online (there is no need to contact us in advance about these).
On Saturday, we will have Brioches and plenty of other products.
