Week 13

First of all, we want to thank you for taking into consideration our latest pick-up updates. Some people started to line up outside the shop before the opening, which put a bit of pressure on us, we had little to no issues providing your orders. On another hand, I was still a bit late on schedule with the Paris-Brest. Since I am trying to do it alone and am still figuring out the the most efficient way to make and decorate the dessert of the week, without compromising the tasting experience. Thankfully, Zeena was here to help us out in the front of house, so I could steal Nawal in order to save some time with the finishing touches. This week should go even better.

In addition to the pick-up updates, Nawal created a Frequently Asked Question topic. You can find it in our highlights stories on Instagram and on our website. This will help new customers, and can work as a reminder for others. We will keep it up to date based on how we are doing, heading towards a real opening.

You may have seen in our stories some visits by our friends from TOP craft ice cream. They are fairly new in the scene, but their products are legit. We are working on 3 flavours to offer you by the end of April, do you have any ideas about the flavours we picked ?

This weekend will be Easter. Most of us will fill ourselves with chocolate (especially myself...), so I wanted to offer a more fruity option this week. That choux pastry is filled with mango and pineapple, and some white chocolate and vanilla whipped ganache. I think it is funny that the decoration looked like an egg.

Enjoy the next couple of sunny days, and we see you soon !

Reminder : - Pre-order your treats for Saturday (if sold-out, there will be no restock) - Tomorrow, we will be open for walk-ins (from 8:00 to 12:00, or until we sell out) for epicerie and viennoiseries (classics and some new products). - Saturday, make sure you come at the right time based on what you ordered, as long as you come before 16:00. - More products will be available on the counter such as Sourdough brioches, large Layered brioches, Kouin Amaan (classic and peanut version) and more croissants of many kinds.
