Nothing special you would say, as receiving the newsletter also marks the weekly re-opening of our webshop.
Yes, but from today, you now can place your order for a weekday pick-up, not only for Saturdays !
Finally, if you place your order before noon the day before pick-up, you can skip the 4 classic croissants limit for walk-ins,
on any day of the week that we are open.
There are no small victories.

This weekend, our Galettes des Rois were nicely welcome.
Some regulars of the tradition were excited, as much as some curious locals who were surprised by the lucky charm inside.
I have to admit that I completely forgot to communicate about it, by lack of time mostly and lack of lucidity (it appeared that I forgot the feve in a couple of galettes, terribly sorry)

We still have a limited number of feves left, so they will be in priority in the galettes pre-ordered this week until we run out of them. If we give you a crown with your galette, that will mean that you should expect a charm insde.

We also wanted to work on some variant of it, and a hazelnut one was an obvious option. So we pimped it with Hazelnut praliné in the almond cream, and added some hazelnut bits. With a bit of luck, we should succeed to work on another version for the weekend, and I am curious to see if you have any suggestions.
(These will not have the charm inside)

Reminder :
- This week, we will be open :
Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 till 14:00,
Saturday from 9:00 till 16:00
- Pre-order your treats for Saturday is highly recommended.
- Make sure you come at the right time based on your time slot, not earlier. But no worries if you are a bit late.
- Two lines are available : one for Pick-up on Churchill-laan, one for walk-ins on Maasstraat.
