For the last 3 weeks, it has been funny to go to the shop every other day. It still does not feel real that in a couple of weeks, this place will be my first pâtisserie. We will most likely recieve a big part of the kitchen equipment this week, so there should be some changes in the shop.
Every Saturdays, seeing new and familiar faces coming to pick up their orders, or just neighbours looking by the window to try to have a sneak peak of what the place will be, makes me feel more comfortable (not to say less stressed) about going all-in.
Thank you everyone for the support you are showing, by ordering, offering to help with painting, or in any kind of way, it means a lot to us.
This week, we will offer you another classic of french pastry, the Saint-honoré. You probably already seen it (or tasted it) as it was available for New-Year's Eve, but most of you did not. Time to make it up.
You will also have the choice to snack on our little Lemon Madeleine, in addition of the infamous cookies.
