Week 47

It's official :

From December, we are changing our opening days,
Friday is the new Wednesday.
We will also be open on December 23rd-24th, and 30th-31st, with a selection of desserts that will be released soon, and available only for pre-order. Mark your calendars !

For these changes, our production schedule will need some little arrangements, my sleep schedule will be a bit less messy, and in the end, it is the right decision to get one step closing to our goal :
opening Friday, Saturday & Sunday (which we will try out as well).

And once we have found the right people to join our team, we will work towards 4 days opening. The positions are still open, so do not hesitate to contact us. The sooner the team is complete, the sooner we can open more days.

Another news arrived today : Nawal finally joined the company, as a partner in our VOF. I am super happy to keep going on this journey with her by my side, even though she was already a great help until now (in and outside of the shop).

This week, the Mont-Blanc is making a come back.
An upgraded version, with more Chantilly !

Reminder :
- Tomorrow, we will be open from 8:00 till 12:00
(the last time we are open on Wednesdays until further notice)
- Pre-order your treats for Saturday is highly recommended.
- Saturday, make sure you come at the right time based on your time slot. No worries if you are a bit late.
- Two lines are available : one for Pick-up on Churchill-laan, one for walk-ins on Maasstraat.
