Week 50

They have arrived !

Our Christmas logs are finally out to pre-order for your holiday festivities. After a couple of unsuccessful tryouts, I have decided to use the design we had last year (when grammes was still just a crazy idea) and develop two new flavors :
Hazelnut and Chocolate

The first is a Paris-Brest in log, all the hazelnut lovers will love it, thanks to its homemade praliné.
The second focuses more on the chocolate. We infused cocoa nibs in the cream we used for the ganache and the caramel, to give a different dimension to what you are expecting about chocolate.

This week, we are also welcoming a new member in our team.
We will then open our doors again on Wednesdays.
Though, we are still looking for our new FOH teammate, which would make us quickly add a 4th opening day.

In the meantime, make sure you check our holidays opening times/days, as we will be open on December 23rd - 24th,
and on 30th - 31st.

Reminder :
- We will be open Wednesday and Friday from 8:00 till 14:00.
- Pre-order your treats for Saturday is highly recommended.
- Saturday, make sure you come at the right time based on your time slot. No worries if you are a bit late.
- Two lines are available : one for Pick-up on Churchill-laan, one for walk-ins on Maasstraat.
