Week 10

Wow, I knew some of you were waiting for a pastry with pistachio, but I was far from expecting that many. On both Friday and Saturday, we ran out of pistachio escargot at 11am, thank you so much for that. This week, we will rise our production, and try to meet the demand.

The pastry of the weekend will be a new version of our lime tart.
In the shell, we will put a little bit of hazelnut praliné and a lime crémeux. On the top, there will be a light lime crémeux and a gel made from lime juice and agar. We hope that you will like it. Unfortunately, we did not have the time to shoot it, so the product page hasn't been updated, but I am sure you'll love it.

The new counter is making some progress. We manage to make the down payment for the cold pastry case, and it has been delivered to the company who will make the counter. We still have a few things to see with them, but they will be ready to build it in June. That is exciting news for the summer, and will means way more pastries from September.

- Pre-order your treats for Saturday is highly recommended.
- Make sure you come at the right time based on your time slot, not earlier. But no worries if you are a bit late.
- Two lines are available : one for Pick-up on Churchill-laan, one for walk-ins on Maasstraat.
