If you managed to beat the rain to come to the shop this week, you probably did not miss the La Chambre Aux Confitures jars on the counter near the wines. We had a feeling the selection was quite strong, but we did not expect selling almost a box of the caramel spread ! Do not worry, we still have stock, and they will be available on the webshop soon.
(And so will be the Tompouce for Kingsday)
For Easter, the shop will be open on Friday and Saturday, with our regular opening times. After a couple of try-outs (not all of them were successful), we turned our Sourdough Brioche into a Easter version, adding spiced mix and raisins.
As a 20cm loaf or as an individual bun, the choice is yours.
We also created a special tarts, in which we paired the acidity
of passion fruit with the creamyness of coconut and the sweetness of milk chocolate.
But not any milk chocolate : the dark milk chocolate 42% from Tony Chocolonely.
It has been one of my favorite of their selection for a while, I could not help but make a dessert from it for this special occasion.
