Week. 25

Sorry, the newsletter is late...

But for a good reason. As a birthday gift, Nawal booked a little weekend away from Amsterdam. No WiFi, barely phone network, that 42h escape from the city was greatly appreciated. We spend two nights in a little cabin in "Het Bos Roept!", near Den Oever.
Wood heater, fire pit, frog noises in the morning, I am now back in the city and ready to prep for your treats, thanks also to our team who covered the work I usually do on Mondays.

We received last week the new jams from La Chambre aux confitures. We now have a delicious Apricot and Almond, but also a tasty Rabarber and Geranium, both available in 200g. We also got 100g jars this time. The chocolate spread and Strawberry Tonka are availble in that taster size. Oh, and if you take one of each 100g jars, you get a little discount.

This week will also be the time our Brioche feuillettée is taking a break. We made a small batch to be able to fullfil some orders, and we will see when it will be back.

I am also pleased to make the Coconut/Lime tart again this week.
It was such a refreshing treat for the heat of Saturday. I hope this time we will have time to take a picture of the new visual in order to update the webshop.

I have to get going now, I hope to see you guys this week !

NB : the shop will be closed in July, from the 10th till the 27th.

- This week, we are open :
Wed-Thurs-Fri from 8:00 till 14:00,
Saturday from 9:00 till 16:00.
- Pre-order your treats for Saturday is highly recommended.
- Make sure you come at the right time based on your time slot, not earlier. But no worries if you are a bit late.
- Two lines are available : one for Pick-up on Churchill-laan, one for walk-ins on Maasstraat.
