Week 35

Things are coming together. Slowly.
Slower than we first thoughts, but in the end, they do.

The counter has arrived in July, and we were so happy that we finally had a cold vitrine incorporated in it. Time to play !
We took advantage that most of you were still on vacations to make time to decide on a small pastry range, test recipes, try-outs different visuals, take notes and repeat... until we were satisfied with the results. Mid-September, they will all be here.

We selected multiple items from all the desserts we made over the last year, shortlisted them to 4 products, and we'll introduce them gradually.
(or Re-introduce, for those who have been following us for a while)

Every Saturdays will have one of these available on the webshop.
The Peanut/Chocolate Tart will be the first pastry to make a come back. It was one of the OG desserts available and one of my favorites.
With its crunchy chocolate crust, oozy peanut praliné and soft chocolate ganache, it is a very comforting one to eat and forget that summer is almost over.

Will you guess what will be the next one ?

Reminder :
- This week, we are open :
Wed-Thurs-Fri from 8:00 till 14:00,
Saturday from 9:00 till 16:00.
- Pre-order your treats for Saturday is highly 
- Make sure you come at the right time based on your time slot, not earlier. But no worries if you are a bit late.
