Late to the party !

Because we were closed, we could not offer you Beaujolais Nouveau 2022 on time this year.

Per tradition, Beaujolais nouveau is the youngest wine you can try.
In the Beaujolais region, right after harvest and bottling, wine makers boost a part of the production with yeast in order to get what they call the Nouveau or Primeur.
This way, they have an idea about how the wine is going to taste later.
Like last year, we were supposed to get the Primeur from MQV.
But because of the difficult year for wine makers, like intense changes of temperature throughout the year, his grapes were not ready on time.

So, from this Wednesday, Brute de Cuve, from Perraud (100% gamay)
will be available at the shop for you to purchase.
Jan Van Roekle will also give us a little refill of our other references.

On another hand, it is time to say goodbye to one of our favorite :
the Pistachio escargot.
We are entering a new season, and we will introduce a new escargot from next week. It will be an updated version of our Pain aux Raisins.

Do not forget to place your order to get your hands on the last ones, it will come in limited supplies.

Wed-Thurs-Fri from 8:00 till 14:00,
Saturday from 9:00 till 16:00.
- Pre-order your treats for Saturday is highly recommended.
- Make sure you come at the right time based on your time slot, not earlier. But no worries if you are a bit late.
