Week 12

Long time no see old friend !

We did not have a Paris Brest in store since March 2021,
mostly because of how much time it takes to realize,
but it is about time to bring it back.

Made with a nice pâte à choux, homemade Hazelnut praliné, a light hazelnut mousseline, and a hint of sea salt flakes,
can you resist ?

We have been mentioned again in Het Parool over the weekend.
We are expecting more people coming in the next few days.
We will obviously produce (reasonably) more, but keep in mind that pre-orders helps us with anticipating the production.
On your side, you prevent disappointment as your items are put on the side before you arrive.
