Strawberry & Mint tart

Available Fridays and Saturdays of May 2025

In a golden tart shell lies a frangipane with baked strawberries. Covered with a mint panna cotta made with yogurt. On top, a whipped ganache with crème fraîche nestles pieces of fresh Gariguette strawberries, and sparkled with dried mint for decoration.
