Made of our house-sourdough starter "Emile", this brioche is fermenting for at least 2 nights before being baked. It will last fresh for a couple of days, and you can turn your leftovers into French toasts !
Ingredient list: Flour, sugar, salt, butter, sourdough starter, fresh yeast, eggs,(cream) Allergens: Gluten, dairy, eggs.
