On top of a corn flakes base, we have displayed a 2 layers of roasted vanilla crème brûlée and vanilla caramel sauce, on top of a savoie cake. It is all surrounded vanilla cream whipped for a nice airy texture.
To finish, we displayed Christmas tree shaped viennese biscuit.
