Fig Tart

Available on Fridays and Saturdays of September 2025

This tart is composed with a frangipane baked with pecan paste and pecan pieces. On top of it, you will find a heart of fig and honey compote with pieces of fresh figs. It is all covered with a crème anglaise infused with fig leaves, then whipped with a mix of cream cheese and mascarpone.

Ingredient list: Flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs, almond powder, pecan, figs, fig leaves, gellan, agar, flax fiber. cream, gelatin, cream cheese, mascarpone, honey.
